I truly believe we all deserve to live a good life. Unfortunately. life can throw us a curve ball,

whether it's the sudden death of a loved one,

a disruption in relationships like family, friends, marriage or divorce,

there is a way through it.

I hear often that people feel they have lost a piece of themselves and I disagree.

You are always hiding inside but you might need a little dusting off when life changes.

It just takes a little work to uncover the YOU that is still there.

I have been there because everything role I had disappeared.

I had to find my way back to my next chapter, whatever that was going to be,

but first I had to rediscover ME.

I did the work I needed to but I didn't do it alone.

Now I help others do the same because

that work became my next chapter.

Whether it's guilt, sadness, fear or something else,

I am here to help you find YOU again

so you can bravely step into your next chapter.

It’s this passion that led me to pursue education that is focused on helping others.

I believe that we all have qualities that lead us to what we were meant to do or be.

I believe mine is to help others move forward when it's too hard to do it on their own.
